As a child I spent countless hours playing with clay. I loved the pliability and the abundant imaginary creations I could conjure up myself with my own hands. It was magically to me and I was lost in another time and place. As I grew older practicality set in and I had to seek my fortunes out in the real world. Luckily now, after so many years I have reconnected back to what
gave me true pleasure and purpose.
Artist Statement:
The focus of my creative spirit is fundamentally the relationship with our inner self and externally with the environment around us. How we consider and interact with others becomes comparable to the connection that bonds or disassociates us to life. It is this relationship that dictates how we perceive and correspond with all living components that share our present existence on this earth.
